Do you know what is Eyelet?
We usually call eyelet (grommet), not eyelet on people's feet, but buttons with holes on clothing or certain fabrics. People also call them steam eyes, my eyes, big ones are called cow eyes, and some northerners call them wind eyes. They are mainly used in hats, clothing, bags, handbags, belts, shoes, packaging supplies, etc. The product is generally made of 62# copper or 65# copper, and can also be made of iron or stainless steel, usually used with "washer".
The surface of the product can be electroplated and sprayed into different colors, such as Antique Bras, Silver, Gunmetal, Antique Silver, Antique Copper, etc. It can also be sprayed, silk-screened, laser-printed, etc. The styles can be double-sided/pressed, wrapped, single-sided, oval, heart-shaped, etc.
The general market names are: 2#, 4#, 6#, 8#, 20#, 22#, 24#, 26#, 28#, 30, etc. There are also a few areas that have 150#, 200#, 300#, 400#, 500#, etc. The size specifications of the products with the same name from different manufacturers are similar.
Inspection standards for eyelet buttons
1. Check whether the metal surface of the eyelet has scratches and oil stains, and whether it is deformed.
2. If it is electroplated eyelet, check whether the electroplating color is correct, whether there is mutual adhesion and deplating.
3. Use the matching mold to test a few to see if it can be used normally, whether there is cracking, deformation, etc.
